Retubing of high pressure water tube boilers has always remained our main area of specialisation. Repairs to "SUNROD" elements alongwith outer smoke tube, complete retubing of ALLBORG's AQ5 and AQ9 type boiler, large scale retubing of generating as well as front rear & side water wall of monowall designs on various BABCOCK & WILCOCK makes have been successfully tackled by our Riding Team Repair Squad. Entire work is carried out under a close inspection of the class surveyors. The complete system is subjected to hydraulic test pressure upto 1.5 times normal working pressure.

1. Fitment of tubes in progress after carring out dye penitrant test on steam drum of SUNROD boiler.
2. Tubes being aligned & welded to bottom header by TIG welding process.
3. Fin welding of membrane wall in progress.
